All bookings are to be made by the client online with a 50% deposit. Deposits are refundable up to 24 hours before your appointment or can be pushed forward onto another appointment.  

We are only OPEN by appointment only. If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment we hold the right to cancel your appointment or deduct the time off your appointment.

Teeth Whitening Sessions

We highly recommend that you have your teeth cleaned at the dentist 2 weeks before your teeth whitening session for optimal results. We have the right to refuse to complete your teeth whitening session if you meet any of the below criteria.

Who Shouldn't get Teeth Whitening

  • Patients with very sensitive teeth and allergy to peroxide.
  • Exposed dentin and root surfaces.
  • Pregnancy or nursing women. Since there isn’t enough evidence to tell us for sure whitening is safe, health care providers recommend that you wait until after pregnancy and breastfeeding to have your teeth bleached.
  • Minors less than 16 years old because the pulp of the root grows up around this age therefore whitening can irritate the pulp.
  • Dental Trauma.
  • Enamel development defects and root resorption.
  • Cracks or fissures and caries.
  • Untreated periodontal (gum) disease.
  • Teeth with a buildup of plaque and debris on the front surface of the tooth.
  • Very dark and grey teeth.
  • Fillings, Veneers & Crowns.

Tooth Gem Bookings
It is advised that if you wish to have your teeth whitened before getting a tooth gem that you do so 2 weeks before or after your tooth gem. Teeth Whitening reduces the tooth gem bonding by 50% resulting in lower retention. 

Tooth Gems cannot be applied to anyone who has dentures, composite veneers, porcelain veneers or anyone requiring dental work to the specific tooth. 

Tooth Gem Longevity - subjective to the client. Longevity isn't guaranteed however our clients see 6 - 14 months for single gems and up to 24 months for Tooth Charms. 

Iced Out Teeth/ Shapes & Designs will see lower retention - 6 weeks to 6 months.

How do I order Grillz?

What should I do if there is a problem with my Grillz?

We pride ourselves on our excellent craftsmanship and do our best to provide you with the best Grillz. Should you have any issues or problems with yours, please send us a detailed email to info@mouthhouse.com.au along with photos. We will respond as soon as possible to try and resolve the issue.

How long until my grillz is shipping to me?

The turnaround time for your custom Grillz set is approximately 4-6 weeks from the date we receive your approved impressions.

What happens if my impressions are rejected?

If your impressions are rejected, we will notify you via email. You will need to send us a new set.

How do I clean my gold Grillz?

  • Rinse your piece under lukewarm water.
  • Take a soft-bristled brush and brush the inside and out of your piece with moderate pressure.
  • Fill a cup with Hydrogen Peroxide (you can find this from Coles or Woolworths).
  • Place the piece in the hydrogen peroxide for 3-5 mins.
  • Rince the piece to wash the peroxide off. Also, brush to remove all the peroxide from the piece.
  • Rince again.
  • Pat dry your piece down with a microfibre cloth (nothing else).
  • Using your polishing cloth, polish your piece to shine.
  • Let your piece fully air dry for a few minutes.
  • Place your piece back on your stone and store it correctly.

How do I clean my Sterling Silver Grillz?

Every time you wear sterling silver Grillz, you'll need to give them a fresh clean-up to prevent a build-up of bacteria. The process is pretty similar to cleaning gold Grillz, but you should opt for a non-toxic jewelry cleaner that is designed specifically for silver when you want to give your silver teeth a complete polish

Can I smoke with my grillz?

it is not recommended to smoke with your grillz in for the following metals - sterling silver, 10ct & 14ct.

18ct and higher you can only smoke/vape. Constant cleaning and polishing is a must

Can I eat and drink with my grillz or caps?

it is not recommended to eat, drink, smoke or vape with grillz in. These can damage the grillz & cause permanent oxidisation & tarnishing.

Can I get grillz with a retainer?

Yes you can.

Australian Customers

Grillz Orders
Free standard shipping and Express starts at $13.95. Options of insured express shipping are available based on the total order value. Free express shipping on orders over $150.00.

All other orders
Standard shipping is $9.00 and Express is $11.00. Options for shipping insurance are available and prices vary on total order value. Insured parcels will enable a payout refund of the whole order value via Australia Post should anything happen with your package in transit. We don't offer any payouts or refunds on lost orders without insurance.

NZ customers

Australia Post Express Shipping is available starting at $29.80 and will vary based on the total weight volume of the order. DHL Express is available on orders up to 0.500g at $40.00. Taxes & import duties may occur.

USA customers

Australia Post Express shipping is available (delivered through USPS) starting from $40.90 and varies based on order weight. DHL express is available up to 0.500g parcels at $45.00. Import taxes and duties may occur. Free Australia Post Express Shipping on orders over US$150.00.

For the rest of the World

Australia Post Express shipping is available and prices vary on total order weight. DHL Express is available via request if not stated at checkout. 

My parcel is missing, what should I do?

Once your order has been posted, we do not take any responsibility for missing orders. You will need to contact the provider directly and provide them with your shipping number. This information can be found on the shipping notification email that we sent you.
