How Our Tooth Charms Are Made
All of our charm styles are designed by us using a CAD program.
3D Printing
Once the desongs are final they are prepared for 3D printing.
Ready for Casting
The 3D printed charms are placed on a sprue tree and prepared for casting (which is done in house).
Casted in 18ct Gold
After a long 8-12 hour burnout in the furnace, 18ct Gold is melted and poured into the molds.
Sanding & Polishing
Once the pieces are casted they are sanded and polished by hand to create that mirror shine our clients love.
