We’re always thinking about our clients and figuring out the best way to ensure satisfaction for all our clients. That’s why we need to have a clear policy, to ensure that business runs smoothly and you, along with everyone else, get the skin treatment you pay for at Mouth House


Arriving on time, or 5 minutes before your appointment, ensures that you don’t miss a single minute of your treatment. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late to your appointment, you will be rescheduled to another time. 

We can’t keep others waiting for their appointments, just as you wouldn’t like to be kept waiting!


As an Australian-owned small business, we thank you for your consideration of our 24-hour cancellation policy. Our booking policy doesn’t only protect our business but also affects our affordability and ensures fair treatment to all our clients.

Please book carefully. No-shows and last-minute cancellations means that other clients cannot book into that time slot and it wastes the time of our staff.

A 20% booking fee is required on all bookings for new and exisiting clients. No appointments will be held with no payment. This is required to be done online. 

We understand that sometimes bookings need to be changed, so you will be allowed to change your booking as long as you give us 24 hours notice. Your deposit can either be refunded or held for your next booking.

If it is within 24 hours and you cannot attend your appointment, you may either forward your booking fee onto another appointment, or forfeit it. 

Messages left on Sundays, Mondays or public holidays will only be regarded as lodged the morning of the next business day.


Here at Mouth House we would like to share some very important policies that we have had to implement to protect the safety of all our guests and staff. Everyone's safety is our highest priority.

If you have any cold / flu-like symptoms that may include a runny nose, sore throat, sneezing or a temperature that you please reschedule your appointments. We also ask that you do not bring friends, partners and children to your appointments. Furthermore please enjoy the sanitiser on entry. 

As we are a business that is responsible for caring for so many clients, we feel it is important for us to be transparent with you about our health and safety practises. These practices include:

  • Disinfecting all product 
  • Social Distancing in store
  • Hand sanitisers available all over the salon.
  • Disinfecting all surfaces including chairs, beauty beds, machines floors, door handles, eftpos machine, front desk, stationary, basins and work areas.
  • All staff have gloves and face masks if required.

What should I do if there is a problem with my Grillz?

We pride ourselves on our excellent craftsmanship and do our best to provide you with the best Grillz. Should you have any issues or problems with yours, please send us a detailed email to along with photos. We will respond as soon as possible to try and resolve the issue.

How long until my grillz is shipping to me?

The turnaround time for your custom Grillz set is approximately 4-6 weeks from the date we receive your approved impressions. The longer it takes you to get an impression to us the longer you are waiting.

What happens if my impressions are rejected?

If your impressions are rejected, we will notify you via email. You will need to send us a new set. Additional At Home Impression kits can be purchased HERE

How do I clean my gold Grillz?

Use a soft toothbrush and a small amount of Morning Fresh
Dish Soap to clean your grillz each time after wearing.

Re-polish with a jewellery polishing cloth to keep them
looking shiny.

Sterling Silver pieces can benefit from anti-tarnish strips
(bought separately).

Over time your grillz will need a refresh with a professional clean and
re-polish to bring it back to life.

We offer a Professional Clean and Polish service for all of
our clients.

Can I smoke with my grillz?

It is not recommended to smoke with your grillz in for the following metals - Sterling Silver, 10ct & 14ct.

18ct and higher you can only smoke/vape. Constant cleaning and polishing is a must

Can I eat and drink with my grillz or caps?

It is not recommended to eat, drink, smoke or vape with grillz in. These can damage the grillz & cause permanent oxidisation & tarnishing.

Can I get grillz with a retainer?

Yes you can.

How long until my order is shipped?

We do our best to get your orders out within 1 day of placing during our working week. We currently fulfill orders Monday - Thursday (1pm cut off). Any orders placed Thursday after 1pm - Sunday are shipped out the next business day.

How much is shipping?

Australian Customers

Grillz Orders
Free standard shipping and Express starts at $13.95. Options of insured express shipping are available based on the total order value. Free express shipping on orders over $150.00.

All other orders
Standard shipping is $9.00 and Express is $11.00. Options for shipping insurance are available and prices vary on total order value. Insured parcels will enable a payout refund of the whole order value via Australia Post should anything happen with your package in transit. We don't offer any payouts or refunds on lost orders without insurance.

NZ customers

Australia Post Express Shipping is available starting at $29.80 and will vary based on the total weight volume of the order. DHL Express is available on orders up to 0.500g at $40.00. Taxes & import duties may occur.

USA customers

Australia Post Express shipping is available (delivered through USPS) starting from $40.90 and varies based on order weight. DHL express is available up to 0.500g parcels at $45.00. Import taxes and duties may occur. Free Australia Post Express Shipping on orders over US$150.00.

For the rest of the World

Australia Post Express shipping is available and prices vary on total order weight. DHL Express is available via request if not stated at checkout. 

My parcel is missing, what should I do?

Once your order has been posted, we do not take any responsibility for missing orders. You will need to contact the provider directly and provide them with your shipping number. This information can be found on the shipping notification email that we sent you.
