Grillz Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Please take your time to read the following terms and conditions of purchase for your custom made grillz.

Order Info

It is up to the customer to accurately order the desired grillz set they are after. Custom sets that are not found for direct purchase can be made directly through email correspondence with Mouth House info@mouthhouse.com.au

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping information at the check out. This include Full Name, Shipping Address, Email Address & Phone Number. 

Contact

If Mouth House needs to get in contact with the customer about their grillz or their impression you will be contacted via email only. It is up to the customer to ensure that they check their emails for correspondence. If the customer has a Gmail account, they are required to check their Junk Mail frequently for any emails that have been flagged. 

Payments

The customer is required to make a full payment of their desired grillz set before the commencement of production. Any upgrades or changes can only be made at the impression stage. If the customer opts to make any upgrades, the owing difference must be paid in full before the commencement. Mouth House will not make any grillz that have not be full paid by the customer. 

Delay in payments by the customer will delay the production of their grillz. 

Custom order invoices are open for 30 days. If the customer chooses not to pay a custom invoice within the 30 day period, the invoice will be terminated. Mouth House cannot guarantee that the previous price can be provided at a later time. 

Promotion and Sales

From time to time at the discretion of Mouth House grillz sets may go on sale or promotion at a discounted rate. The discount rate is only applicable for the time of the promotional/sale period. Mouth House refuses to price match sale prices outside of any sale period. 

Mouth House refuses of provided discounts to customers for the sake of good will or being asked. Outside of any promotions and sales, standard prices apply. 

Price Increases

At any time and without notice Mouth House can choose to increase prices of grillz sets. Due to the nature of the materials such as Gold and Silver and the fluctuation prices of these metals prices will reflect the current price in the market. 

Liability

Mouth House screen and check every impression and refuse use of any impression that isn't up to quality standard. For this, Mouth House is not liable for any grillz that do not fit upon the arrival to the customer if it has been found that the impression provided by the customer has been inaccurate. Mouth House will not refund or remake any grillz for free to the customer if the grillz doesn't fit due to impression issues. 

The customer is liable for the cost of a new impression done by their local dentist and the remake of the grillz. At the discretion of Mouth House, you may be given the opportunity to have that grillz melted down and put towards a remake. At the discretion of Mouth House, you might be given a small credit of the cost of the metal towards the remake of a new set. 

Returns and Refunds

Mouth House will not accept any returns of grillz and will not provide any refunds to customers who have provided an impression. If a customer changes their mind post purchase they have 7 days after the purchase date to change their mind. If an impression kit has already been sent out the customer must return the impression kit at their own expense. Upon the return of the impression kit within 7 days of the purchase date Mouth House will provide the customer with a refund.

What should I do if there is a problem with my Grillz?

We pride ourselves on our excellent craftsmanship and do our best to provide you with the best Grillz. Should you have any issues or problems with yours, please send us a detailed email to info@mouthhouse.com.au along with photos. We will respond as soon as possible to try and resolve the issue.

How long until my grillz is shipping to me?

The turnaround time for your custom Grillz set is approximately 4-6 weeks from the date we receive your approved impressions. The longer it takes you to get an impression to us the longer you are waiting.

What happens if my impressions are rejected?

If your impressions are rejected, we will notify you via email. You will need to send us a new set. Additional At Home Impression kits can be purchased HERE

How do I clean my gold Grillz?

Use a soft toothbrush and a small amount of Morning Fresh
Dish Soap to clean your grillz each time after wearing.

Re-polish with a jewellery polishing cloth to keep them
looking shiny.

Sterling Silver pieces can benefit from anti-tarnish strips
(bought separately).

Over time your grillz will need a refresh with a professional clean and
re-polish to bring it back to life.

We offer a Professional Clean and Polish service for all of
our clients.

Get 10% off your first clean and polish service by

Can I smoke with my grillz?

It is not recommended to smoke with your grillz in for the following metals - Sterling Silver, 10ct & 14ct.

18ct and higher you can only smoke/vape. Constant cleaning and polishing is a must

Can I eat and drink with my grillz or caps?

It is not recommended to eat, drink, smoke or vape with grillz in. These can damage the grillz & cause permanent oxidisation & tarnishing.

Can I get grillz with a retainer?

Yes you can.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide with the exception of Russia. If you don't see your country listed, please reach out at info@mouthhouse.com.au

How long until my order is shipped?

We do our best to get your orders out within 1 day of placing during our working week. We currently fulfill orders Monday - Thursday (1pm cut off). Any orders placed Thursday after 1pm - Sunday are shipped out the next business day.

How much is shipping?

Australian Customers

Grillz Orders
Free standard shipping and Express starts at $13.95. Options of insured express shipping are available based on the total order value. Free express shipping on orders over $150.00.

All other orders
Standard shipping is $9.00 and Express is $11.00. Options for shipping insurance are available and prices vary on total order value. Insured parcels will enable a payout refund of the whole order value via Australia Post should anything happen with your package in transit. We don't offer any payouts or refunds on lost orders without insurance.

NZ customers

Australia Post Express Shipping is available starting at $29.80 and will vary based on the total weight volume of the order. DHL Express is available on orders up to 0.500g at $40.00. Taxes & import duties may occur.

USA customers

Australia Post Express shipping is available (delivered through USPS) starting from $40.90 and varies based on order weight. DHL express is available up to 0.500g parcels at $45.00. Import taxes and duties may occur. Free Australia Post Express Shipping on orders over US$150.00.

For the rest of the World

Australia Post Express shipping is available and prices vary on total order weight. DHL Express is available via request if not stated at checkout. 

My parcel is missing, what should I do?

Once your order has been posted, we do not take any responsibility for missing orders. You will need to contact the provider directly and provide them with your shipping number. This information can be found on the shipping notification email that we sent you.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of tooth gems we do not offer any refunds on your products. Please ensure you are placing the order correctly before checking out.

How long does it take to complete the courses?
