How can I do my impression
Once you place your order, we will send you an at home impression kik, instructions and an order form.
Can I eat, drink & smoke with my grillz?
It is not recommended to eat, drink, smoke or vape with grillz in. These can damage the grillz & cause permanent oxidisation & tarnishing.

Can I get grillz with a back bar retainer?
Yes you can. Having a permanent retainer from braces doesnt affect the grillz process.
What is the turnaround times?
Turnaround times from when we get an impression we can use is approximately 4-6 weeks. Depending on the complexity of the set ordered, current order volume & time of year.
Can I come to you to do an impression.
Yes, we currently have Mondays available for in person grillz impressions & orders. Please contact us if you would like to do so.
