This piece is for 1 x Single Cap with any cut-out of your choice. Please put on your order form what cut out you desire.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING.

1. Missing teeth are not suited for this style
   
   
2. 1 free impression kit will be sent to you with instructions and a return addressed envelope. You will be required to pay for the return shipping of your impression. 
   
   
3. If you are unable to get a perfect impression you will need to get your impression done at your local dentist and send us the impression tray. 
4. Adjustments for the perfect fit are sometimes required when you receive your piece and we can advise you how if needed. 

Turn Around Time
Turn around time does not include the time it takes to get the impression kit to you and back. Please allow extra time between November - January. 

Australia - 4-6 weeks
New Zealand -5-8 weeks
