Terms & Conditions of Purchase
Upon purchasing your Tooth Gem Training Course, you (“the customer”) are entering a legal agreement under common law, in which you agree to abide by the conditions of purchase (including meeting stated payments), in exchange for the services offered by Mouth House.
Non-successful payment plans or disputed payments will result in immediate legal action where necessary and termination of your training until rectified.
These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between Mouth House and the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to fully read, understand, and agree to all Enrolment Terms & Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Fees & Charges upon purchase. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Statement on the enrolment form, the customer confirms they possess a full understanding of all Terms & Conditions and willingly accepts all such terms.
All intellectual property to this Application, including all Application material, is protected by copyright is licensed to HG Family Trust.
Intellectual property, includes, but is not limited to, course content, graphics, design elements, course materials, videos, and any other content that may be found on or in the online training course.
If you (“the customer”) have been found to have used and/or copied any of the course content we will take legal action immediately.
You (“the customer”) must not provide or share your log-on information and any other information with anyone else but yourself. You (“the customer”) must not purchase any kit supplies for another person with the intent to use and make money. If you (“the customer”) have been found to be purchasing products for another person, we may take immediate action to ban you from purchasing further products from us and your online training will be terminated.
Refund Policy
Mouth House has a no refund policy. If your product is damaged a replacement, Mouth House reserve the rights to inspect your product and determine wether a new item will be sent out to you. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
