Shipping Your Impressions:
Once you've placed your order online, we kickstart the process by sending you a complimentary at-home impression kit. Please note that any additional impression kits required will need to be purchased by the customer. Also, the customer is responsible for the return shipping of their impressions.
Keep in mind that the turnaround and production time does not include the shipping times for impression kits or the time it takes for customers to return their impressions.
It's important for customers to provide Mouth House with a usable and accurate teeth impression. Unfortunately, no refunds can be granted to customers who do not supply a suitable impression, and the cost of extra impressions will be incurred by the customer.
Grillz Turnaround Times:
At Mouth House, we have an average of 10-50 orders in production each month, ensuring that our skilled craftsmen are hard at work to fulfill your unique grillz orders. While we work diligently to get your orders done in the shortest possible time frame, please be aware of the following standard production times:

Standard Production Time: Typically, our standard production time falls within the range of 4-6 weeks. We do not currently offer express or expedited production options. Orders are processed in the sequence in which we receive customer impressions.

End of Year/Christmas/New Year Production Times: During this season, please expect an additional 7-14 business days for your order's production time. This extension depends on the volume of orders, so be prepared for this potential delay.
To ensure the fastest turnaround time, we recommend returning your impression to us as soon as possible. Remember that grillz are produced in the order in which we receive impressions. So, the sooner we receive your impressions, the quicker your order can be processed. Keep this in mind when placing your order.
